House of Holland Vibes On a Budget

When I spotted this House of Holland sweater I totally fell in love with it. But not wanting to splurge right now, I quickly found this way cheaper ASOS Space Cadet sequin adorned alternative that had to be mine. I came across this £28 beauty hunting on ASOS (as you do) and I featured it in my Velvet and Metallics post a few weeks back.

This sequin-adorned look-alike jumper inspired me to have a hunt for some more Holland-esque pieces. From bold knits at Topshop and metallic boots at River Island, unique partywear at ASOS, to shiny shoes at Miss Selfridge... there's a whole hoard of affordable stuff out there to channel the right vibes.

I'm SO obsessed with this pink sequin frill dress by ASOS, as well as literally every single pair of heeled boots from Topshop right now. They are killing it! However, these Hooch velvet platform boots from Topshop are my absolute faves. These + some flared cropped jeans would be dreamy!

Now, usually I'm all about boots... as some of you may have noticed. But my second footwear fave is the faithful trainer. Here I'm wearing Adidas Court Vantages. I found this style whilst hunting for some Stan Smiths and noticed they were a) cheaper and b) a nicer shape - to me at least. These feel more modern and I like how the branding on them isn't hugely visible. They're made of super soft leather, so are ridiculously comfortable.

I'd totally style this jumper out with boots and jeans equally, of course. Also, I noticed today that it looks like there's a sale at House of Holland right now... across pretty much everything. *GULP*. If I wasn't paying my car insurance this month (blergh!) I totally would have snapped something up! Worth a look. I apologise in advance for any unforeseen purchases that may occur 😏
